2001 - Pictures from Madagascar

This little Tenrec was the most dangerous animal we encountered in Madagascar! The guide went off to look for one to show to us and pulled this little fellow out of his daytime hiding place. The Tenrec was not amused and when he was released proceeded to send us all scattering to the four winds while trying to leave some of his spines behind as a memento.
