2002 - Pictures from South Africa

This photo by Chris also shows how dark it got during totality. Just look at the overcast sky behind everybody. Looking back on these photos makes me realise how lucky we were to see anything of Totality at all. Left to right: Anna Dowd, Concepta Gallagher, Colette Connolly, Jacinta Heslin, Eugene Connolly, Mary Molloy and Mary Gilick. All equally amazed at what they have just seen.
