An interesting photographic effect. Use the telescope and tripod to block out the sun during the eclipse and you get some nice spectra. Not only that, look at that colourful cluster of partially eclipsed suns to the left of the eyepiece. They appear to be caused by some sort of refraction in the camera optics, we think.
